Jessica York is Alpha’s Director of Operations, East Coast, serving as a key operational partner to practices across the region. She focuses on removing roadblocks, bringing structure to daily operations, and helping practices grow while maintaining a high standard of care. Jessica works closely with partners and clinic leaders to build strong teams, develop leaders, improve performance, and create environments where people are proud to work.

She oversees operations across multiple East Coast practices, helping drive alignment, consistency, profitability, and an elevated patient experience. Prior to joining Alpha, Jessica held roles at Best Buy, MyEyeDr., and Advanced MedAesthetic Partners. She brings eight years of experience as a Director of Operations, including three years in aesthetics, with a strong background in multi-site leadership and performance management.
