Kristina Williams, the Director of Integrations at Alpha, is the primary point of contact and resource for new partners. She helps them navigate through the pre-close and post-close process of integrating into Alpha. Kristina meticulously plans and manages all aspects of integration, walking new partners through an established process that informs them of upcoming changes and opportunities. This ensures progress through data collection and necessary actions for a successful integration. Post-close, she works closely with partners on vendor transitions, payroll, benefits, and 401k transitions while integrating new operational processes and education. Kristina ensures seamless communication, meeting weekly and staying connected via phone calls, texting, emailing, and Slack.
Kristina loves being the guiding force for new Alpha partners as they integrate into the Alpha family. She understands that joining a new group can be daunting for partner owners and their employees, and she takes pride in easing those jitters and turning apprehension into excitement about the new support services they will receive. Kristina enjoys using her organizational skills to keep integration activities on track, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for everyone involved.

Thanks for always making me feel supported! On top of that, you are always willing to help and get stuff done even when it isn't on your plate. THANK YOU!
