Jess brings a diverse and extensive background to her role as Accounts Payable Coordinator. She has worked with notable companies such as Artisan Design Group, Asbury Automotive, Lithia Motors, and Park Place Dealerships, where she honed her skills in vendor relations, payment processing, and financial management. Additionally, Jess has gained experience in fast-paced environments during her time with the United States Air Force and NewRez, where she developed strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, as a civilian at Lackland Air Force Base, after extensive training in the Purchasing Office, she obtained a warrant to oversee and award government contracts valued up to $10,000. In the automotive industry, Jess advanced to the role of Junior Buyer, where her cost savings analysis identified and proved savings of thousands of dollars. In the construction industry, she took on the role of SAP Concur Administrator and successfully rolled out integrations across 25 divisions. Jess also played a pivotal role in the User Acceptance Training for a new ERP system, preparing it for implementation across the same 25 divisions throughout the United States. These accomplishments reflect her expertise in procurement, financial management, and system integration.
