
Alexandra FitzPatrick, IT Analyst at Alpha, supports partners across a wide range of technology needs, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. From EMR systems and email support to phones and other core platforms, she works closely with partners and the IT team to troubleshoot issues, improve systems, and support the evolving needs of the business.
Alexandra collaborates directly with partners while also working alongside Alpha’s IT team to strengthen and streamline the company’s technology infrastructure. With the fast-paced nature of the industry, her role is constantly evolving, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to support.
Prior to joining Alpha, Alexandra worked with Esthetics Center, Alpha’s first partner. She brings four years of experience in the medical aesthetics space, including one year with Alpha.
Alexandra loves having the opportunity to travel and work directly with partners across the country. She enjoys getting to know each team, learning how practices operate, and being able to provide hands-on support that helps teams succeed.
