Prior to joining Alpha, Jeff held leadership roles at 24 Hour Fitness, Gold's Gym, HearingLife, and Artemis Wax, where he built a strong foundation in multi-unit operations and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his performance, earning Regional Vice President of the Year honors twice across two different regions. With nearly three years of experience as Chief Operating Officer at Alpha, he continues to bring a hands-on, people-first approach to supporting partners and driving operational excellence.
