She focuses on removing roadblocks and bringing structure to daily operations so each practice can grow while maintaining a high standard of care. Jessica works closely with partners and clinic leaders to build strong teams, develop leaders, and foster a culture people are proud to be part of.

In her role, Jessica oversees operations across multiple East Coast practices, driving alignment, consistency, and performance. She partners with clinic leaders to set clear goals, coach teams, and implement strategies that support growth and profitability, while ensuring an elevated patient experience. She loves watching teams grow in confidence and performance, and seeing the direct impact that strong operations can have on a practice. She finds it especially rewarding to help turn vision into reality and create environments where people are proud to work.

Prior to joining Alpha, Jessica held roles at Best Buy, MyEyeDr., and Advanced MedAesthetic Partners. With eight years of experience as a Director of Operations, including three in aesthetics, she brings a strong foundation in multi-site leadership and performance management.
